Refund Policy

1. Escrow refunds

Funds you deposit into escrow remain refundable until they are released to the freelancer. If a contract is cancelled by mutual agreement before delivery, the full escrowed amount is returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

2. Disputes

If you and the freelancer cannot agree, either party may open a dispute. Our team reviews communications, deliverables, and contract terms before issuing a decision. Refunds may be full, partial, or denied depending on the outcome.

3. Platform fees

The 10% platform fee is refunded proportionally with any refunded escrow amount.

4. Non-refundable items

Work already accepted and marked as complete is non-refundable. Chargebacks initiated after acceptance may result in account suspension.
